Not just for support, but for the likes of online screen-shares to discuss ideas, to provide advice, to act as sounding boards, for online reviews of your intranet to discuss engagement opportunities, talk about strategy and content, structure, to discuss why you should do things rather than just how… in fact, anything at all.
