Accessing Oak Support

For your security and convenience, you can access Oak support directly from your Oak siteallowing you to view historical tickets, check status updates and raise new requests all without the need to log into our service desk.

To do this, go to your Oak site, click on the Knowledge Base icon to open the sidebar, then click on the Oak Support button and select Submit Support Ticket.

From here, you can create new support requests, view your existing requests and view other requests submitted by colleagues in your organisationThis also allows us to capture all the relevant context for your query and service your requests quickly and efficiently.
