Collection and Use of Information in Oak
Your Oak site may collect and hold information about you and is managed by your organisation or Site Administrators.
In order to have an account in Oak, as a minimum we will store your First Name, Last Name and Email address. Again, this is managed by your Site Administrators and you should check with them if you have any queries about the information that is stored. We never take copies of your information and store it outside of your Oak site, and we never share it with third parties.
Information From Other Sources
If you choose to link your Oak account to an external provider such as Dropbox, Google, or Office 365, for example, then we may request access to your information from these sources. You will be asked at the point at which you are linking your Oak account with these services if you want to share the information, and what information we need.
Note that if you decide to not provide Oak with the information that is required, functionality may be restricted.
