The Newcastle-based firm also intends to add a further 8 roles before the end of July, almost doubling the 55 jobs already created at their headquarters at Generator Studios in the city centre. Oak Engage has also hired 17 people already this year. Oak enables businesses to engage and connect their people through its mobile app and SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. The cloud-based, next-generation platform provides a range of internal communications tools that integrate seamlessly with office applications, helping improve productivity. There’s a key focus on wellbeing and engagement, which is more crucial than ever before with people working remotely due to the pandemic. The Intranet Software experts work with some of the world’s biggest brands including Aldi, Halfords, ITV, and most recently, Five Guys. Their app was launched to the entire Five Guy’s workforce in the middle of a pandemic and “was a game-changer in the way we communicate and engage with our people” helping everyone to stay connected and informed.
