Hybrid Working
Here at Oak, we understand that 9-5 doesn’t work for everyone. That’s why we allow our people to design their own working patterns based on what works for them. We work from our Newcastle office three days a week.
Holidays
We want everyone to have the rest they need and deserve. That’s why we offer a minimum of 25 days holiday, we also offer additional “Oak bank holidays” on top of the 8 statutory ones as well as 5 additional holidays if you need them.
