Oak Engage and Sevita join forces to manage 40,000 employees through COVID-19 vaccine and testing mandates
Growing tech and intranet firm Oak Engage have joined forces with Sevita, a leading provider of home and community-based specialty healthcare in the United States, to enhance Sevita’s ability to manage COVID-19 vaccination records, testing, and reporting amid evolving state and federal guidelines.
With operations spanning multiple states, Sevita provides a broad range of services including support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, specialised rehabilitative services, children and family services, and connected care for older adults. Maintaining visibility on vaccination rates and COVID testing across the company is important to Sevita’s continued commitment to provide quality care while prioritising the health and safety of employees and the individuals served.
Oak Engage has partnered with Sevita to build an innovative platform for COVID management. The company has expanded their intranet platform to help Sevita better manage staff status and reporting requirements.
The SaaS platform, which is accessible via desktop or mobile, will allow Sevita to easily:
- Identify and communicate with employees and managers by locations and roles
- Distribute content to relevant employee groups based on their status
- Record test results and vaccination status
