American Golf scores a hole in one with Oak

We are delighted to welcome American Golf as a new Oak client!

American Golf, Europe’s largest golf retailer, has selected Oak as their intranet software provider as they overhaul their internal communications and look to enhance employee engagement.

A major driver for choosing Oak was its intuitive navigation and ease of use, which will help re-engage employees who have previously been put-off by a slow and dated intranet system. The ability to communicate easily with all users on the platform will also help connect colleagues from every corner of the business.

Graeme Kerr, Retail Implementation Manager at American Golf said, “Our primary objective is to improve our customer’s game. At store level, Oak will allow for clearer communications out to our store colleagues and will therefore facilitate the execution of this strategy in-store. This then translates to the experience our customers receive on a day-to-day basis.”

Oak will assist American Golf with the unification of departments that have previously existed in isolated environments, enabling cross-channel interactions that will drive innovation across business projects, promotions and processes.
