Oak offers seamless integration with 3rd party apps. We provide single sign using SAML that enables with a range of products including HR systems and LMS platforms. Oak integrates with SharePoint, Active Directory, Office 365, Google, OneDrive and many more. Access your Outlook 365, Google or Exchange diary directly and upload directly from OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive and many other providers.We’ll work with you to establish the integrations you need and support any technical challenges faced.

All of your data and content on Oak is hosted with one of the most secure, stable and widely respected platforms in the world; Microsoft Azure.

Azure boasts more security certification than any other cloud provider, including ISO 27001. More information on certification and compliance can be found on the Azure Trust Centre.

You can add new users at any time. As Oak subscriptions are paid in advance, this will be prorated with your remaining subscription to keep things simple. If you wish to reduce numbers, this can be done for you at the time of your annual renewal.
