Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

As a core member of the team, you will be responsible for a variety of product ownership duties, including but not limited to Helping to define acceptance criteria, working with design on UI/UX specifications, backlog grooming and user story/bug prioritisation. Liaising with marketing and other departments to communicate development progress and compiling / maintaining internal product documentation. You will help maintain the product roadmap, ensuring it is always at the centre of every discussion as well as communicate product changes to the business. You will partner with development team leads to ensure the team remains unblocked on product decisions.


  • Contribute to product strategy and overall product roadmap
    Work cross-functionally between Product, Design, Engineering and QA teams to facilitate product development
  • Work closely with senior product team members to understand the vision, input into strategic decisions and facilitate delivery
  • Use agile principles to write user stories, plan and drive the software development of new features and improvements
  • Develop and maintain internal product documentation to help communicate product features/changes
  • Creatively communication new product features/changes to the business
    Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to help plan releases


  • Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
  • Experience using Agile methodologies as well as a strong understanding of software development management methods
  • Experience with or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organisation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred or proven experience

How we're operating through COVID

As a Company, we are currently all working remotely full time. We will arrange to onboard you remotely and any equipment will either be shipped to you or we will arrange a COVID safe visit for you to collect equipment from our office.

We will be returning to the office when it is deemed safe to do so and therefore you will need to be based in commuting distance of Newcastle City Centre in order to be considered for this role.
