We are looking for a self starter with a flare for planning, implementing and executing effective marketing campaigns. You must be a creative, out of the box thinker with a talent for jump-starting growth and generating measurable results. From brand awareness to lead generation it will be your responsibility to envision how Oak Engage can present its solution to select audiences worldwide. You will work through the entirety of the marketing funnel, helping Oak to capitalise on opportunities and drive wider commercial success.

You will bring our marketing strategy to life through thought provoking campaigns and exciting messaging. You must be an excellent copywriter, innovative strategist and quick thinking problem solver that can bring the wider marketing team together to launch successful campaigns.

  • Plan, organize, execute, and evaluate campaigns and marketing channels.
  • Campaigns will include a range of channels such as website, email newsletter campaigns, social media, reviews,, video, offline media advertising and more
  • Drive differentiation of marketing campaigns through creative idea generation through to delivery.
  • Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.
  • Work with Brand Design who will design campaign activity.
  • Work within a budget and report any overspend.
  • Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure that the organisation’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
  • Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.
  • Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary.
  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product marketing campaigns
  • Background in design and copywriting is a plus
  • Proven experience developing and executing strategies
  • Familiar with best practice content marketing
  • Experience in market analysis
  • Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)
  • Excellent communication skills (both internally and externally)
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Creativity
  • Analytical mind and quantitative skills
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field

How We're Operating Through COVID

As a Company, we are currently all working remotely full time. We will arrange to onboard you remotely and any equipment will either be shipped to you or we will arrange a COVID safe visit for you to collect equipment from our office.
