Oak secures position on G-Cloud 9 list
We are delighted to announce that Oak is now listed as a G-Cloud 9 supplier and we look forward to working with the government and public sector companies as they introduce the very latest intranet technology to drive user engagement, communication and collaboration in the digital workplace.
The experts behind the creation of Oak, have experience of working with many public sector clients including the NHS, Eastleigh Borough Council, Healthstone Medical & Lakeside Healthcare.
Oak Marketing Director, David Pinches said, “There is great value in the G-Cloud 9 framework enabling public sector organisations to save time and money when procuring cloud-based applications. Oak is built exclusively for the cloud and consequently, organisations can easily deploy a comprehensive employee communication and collaboration solution. It is incredibly engaging, requires no additional technical consultancy and can go live in a fraction of the time compared with non-cloud technology.”
Pinches added, “Cloud deployment fully enables modern working practices requiring 24/7 availability and access from any mobile device with a user experience to match.”
Everyone here at Oak is looking forward to working more and more with the public sector and being part of G-Cloud 9 is a great step forward.
The UK Government G-Cloud is an initiative aimed at easing procurement by public-sector bodies that use cloud computing. The G-Cloud has established framework agreements with a large number of service providers and lists those services on a publicly accessible portal, the Digital Marketplace.
